Tasks
- Create a demo application using xCall between two or more xCall-integrated networks
- Create a demo application using another interoperability protocol
- Write up a comparison of the two interoperability protocols
Evaluation Criteria
- Functionality: Both demo applications must be functional on testnet
- Education: The demo writeup most be informative and professional, providing insights into the comparison between both services
- Quality: The demo must demonstrate features unique to xCall and the other interoperability protocol
Instructions
Create a demo application using xCall on at least two of the xCall-integrated test networks
Create a demo application using another interoperability protocol. For example: LayerZero, Hyperlane, Wormhole, or IBC
Write up a comparison of the two interoperability protocols
There will be up to 3 winners for this bounty
xCall-integrated networks: ICON Network, Archway Network (Cosmos), Neutron Network (Cosmos), Ethereum Network (Sepolia), Binance Smart Chain Network (BSC Testnet), and HAVAH Network (Altair Testnet)
Emphasis should be placed on optimizing cost and speed efficiency. Be creative in the way that you are structuring smart contracts to promote usage that is efficient for users of the contract, and also financially viable for developers
While projects can use only Cosmos or EVM and not ICON Network, we love to see teams using tools from within the ecosystem, such as DIVE (cross-chain local network setup), Drogon (development on ICON), ICON Tracker API, etc
Note that xCall is in an early stage, and it may have bugs! Bug reports are eligible for rewards as well. Please help us improve the developer experience and communicate when you have issues on the ICON Discord in the #developers channels
